Habit Quest

Privacy Policy

Updated July 28, 2026 · Version 1

Habit Quest is an offline habit RPG. Your progress stays on this device. We do not create accounts, and we do not run a server that collects your rituals, XP, or personal profile.

Who we are

Habit Quest ("the App") is provided as a personal mobile application. This policy explains what information the App stores on your device and how optional features work.

Data we store on your device

The App saves game progress locally (for example: player level, rituals, shop unlocks, companion state, reminders, mood check-ins, and privacy acceptance). This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share something yourself.

Notifications

If you enable quest reminders, the App may ask for notification permission and schedule local morning/night alerts on your device. You can turn reminders off anytime in Stats. We do not send push messages from a remote server.

Sharing

Features such as quest cards, party codes, or buddy codes only share content when you tap Share/Copy and pick a destination (for example Messages or another app). That share is under your control and uses your device's system share sheet.

Purchases / vault packs

Cosmetic packs and the premium vault spend in-game gold only. They do not process real-money payments inside the App, and they never gate XP or core rituals behind a real-money paywall.

Analytics, ads, and tracking

The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or crash reporters that upload personal gameplay data. Fonts may be cached by the device/OS when rendering UI text.

Children

The App is a general-audience productivity game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because we do not operate online accounts or cloud profiles.

Your choices

You can revoke notification permission in system settings, clear App storage to wipe local progress, or uninstall the App. Clearing storage or uninstalling removes locally saved game data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the App may ask you to review and accept the updated version on next launch (policy version 1, last updated July 28, 2026).
